We are delighted to announce that Parley Green has been named as a finalist in two categories at the 2026 AGFD Good Funeral Awards
This year, we have been shortlisted for:
Coffin Supplier of the Year
Best Green Product of the Year
To be recognised in these categories is something we are incredibly proud of.
The Good Funeral Awards celebrate the people, businesses and organisations helping to shape the funeral profession, recognising those who are making a positive difference across the industry. With finalists representing funeral directors, suppliers, crematoria, bereavement services and innovative green businesses, it is fantastic for Parley Green to once again be included among so many organisations doing important work.
Recognition means more than winning
Of course, we would love to bring home one or both awards.
But having been nominated and recognised at the Good Funeral Awards in previous years, we know that being a finalist is valuable in its own right.
The nomination provides an opportunity to reflect on how far Parley Green has come, the products we have developed and the growing number of funeral professionals who have chosen to work with us.
Parley Green was created with a simple ambition: to offer funeral directors more choice.
We believe sustainable funeral products should not mean compromising on appearance, quality, practicality or dignity. That belief continues to drive everything we do, from our contemporary assembled coffin ranges through to our innovative cardboard coffins and flatpack caskets.
Innovation for a changing funeral profession
The funeral profession is changing, and families increasingly want greater choice when arranging a funeral.
For some, sustainability is an important consideration. For others, it is about finding something personal, contemporary or different from traditional options.
Our job is to help funeral directors meet those changing expectations.
Our range has been developed to give funeral professionals practical, commercially viable and environmentally conscious alternatives, while maintaining the quality and presentation expected for such an important occasion.
Being shortlisted for Best Green Product of the Year is particularly encouraging because sustainability remains at the heart of what Parley Green is trying to achieve.
Meanwhile, our nomination for Coffin Supplier of the Year recognises the wider journey of the business and the relationships we are continuing to build across the UK funeral industry.
Looking ahead
The 2026 Good Funeral Awards will be held in October, and we are very much looking forward to joining fellow finalists and colleagues from across the profession.
